Christine Heing
Starting counseling can feel like a big step, and Christine understands that finding the right person to talk to can make all the difference. With more than 15 years of experience working with adults, she provides a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves, talk openly about what they are going through, and feel truly heard and understood.
She works with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and challenges in their relationships. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, going through a difficult season, struggling to make sense of your emotions, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next, she will meet you where you are and work alongside you to find a way forward.
Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. Christine recognizes that no two people or experiences are exactly alike, and she draws from evidence-based approaches to help clients find what works best for them. Most importantly, her goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, supported as you work through difficult things, and empowered to make changes that feel meaningful to you.
