Counseling for grief and loss

You do not have to rush your way through grief.

Grief can follow the death of someone you love, but it can also come with divorce, a health change, a lost relationship, a career shift, or a future that did not unfold as expected. You may feel sadness, anger, guilt, numbness, relief, or all of these at once.

A place for the whole experience

There is no single right way to grieve and no schedule you must follow. Counseling offers a supportive place to speak honestly about your loss, including the parts you may not feel safe sharing elsewhere. You can be met with patience rather than pressure to “move on.”

Learning to carry what has changed

Your counselor can help you make room for emotions, care for yourself through difficult days, and find ways to stay connected to what matters. Together, you can explore how grief is affecting your relationships, identity, routines, and hopes for the future.
